Inspired by nature and the landscape that surrounds us, our menus are designed around the finest ingredients that the season has to offer. Grown, raised and gathered from West Cork's spectacular rich larder and from the island of Ireland. We constantly strive to work with nature and to have a minimal waste approach.

Chestnut Tasting Menu 

Our Chestnut signature menu is a multi course menu created in Rob's home of West Cork. Inspired by his artistic and culinary roots. Designed with the seasons and inspired by the local larder. 

This is a set tasting menu with a choice of main course.  

Please allow for approximately 2.5 hours to enjoy this menu (for parties of four guests, please allow 3 hours.)

Our set, no choice, short four course tasting menu gives you an overview of our food.

This is a light, quick meal that takes about 1 hour 15 /30 to enjoy. 

Menu comprises of :  Bread & Butter | Starter | Main | Dessert
